As a result, the business produces a diverse range of products as they need to make the most value out of each carcass produced.

This also means they can aim to minimise waste.

Their product range is mainly fresh meat, including venison, but they also sell charcuterie, small batch handmade ready meals.

They have also recently added micro-plastic free dog beds using their own sheep fleeces.
